Welcome to Workout Planner Gym Log・Fit AI. By using our application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FitAI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

FitAI provides fitness information and AI-generated workout plans for educational purposes only. You should consult with a physician before starting any exercise program. You use the application and follow its recommendations at your own risk. FitAI is not responsible for any injuries or health problems you may experience as a result of using the app.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of FitAI require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in the application, such as text, graphics, logos, video guides, and software, is the property of Social Tech. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the app
• Interfere with the security-related features of the app
• Use any automated system to access the app's data

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Tech. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new terms in the application.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
